Abigail Doerr is the Managing Director of the Metropolitan Abundance Project (MAP). She got her start as a transit activist in Seattle, organizing to stop service cuts and later helping secure billions in funding for transit service and infrastructure. Abigail has worked across government, advocacy, and campaign roles across the West Coast to advance bold, pragmatic policies that are building abundant cities and communities. Abigail received her BA at Willamette University and her MPA at the University of California, Berkeley. When she’s not clacking away at her desk, you will probably find her hunkered over a pottery wheel or her sewing machine, or scooting around town on her bike.
